What's new

- Added "set as default" button inside Shop GUI

- Default accounts are now automatically set when you place a new buyer/seller, and when you open a Shop

- Added scroll indicators to the Shop GUI

- Added Balance display on top-left, including growth-per-second.

- Added money formatting, for displaying large values such as Millions, Billions, etc
