ADM Anticheat - v1.5.5 ID Validation & Encryption Update

⚙️ ID Validation Fixes

A critical bug where enableResourcePackIdValidation, enableModIdValidation, and the main IdValidation setting were not properly respecting each other has now been resolved.

All three settings now work as intended and honor the expected validation hierarchy. You can now confidently configure ID validation behavior without unexpected overrides or skips.

🔐 Full Packet Encryption

All packets between the client and server are now fully encrypted using AES/CBC/PKCS5Padding for an extra layer of security and anti-tampering.

This enhances protection against packet sniffing, replay attacks, and reverse-engineering attempts.
