-Removed Perithyst Scythe Variants (only accessible through the Experimental Scythe)

-Added Perithyst Scythe Riptide Visual

-Updated Perithyst Scythe Sounds

-Previous Perithyst Scythe changed to Experimental Perithyst Scythe accessible only through commands

-Fixed bug that prevented Perithyst Shard from being able to be harvested from Perithyst Cluster
