Additions Mod

- Added ladder blocks
- Added pane blocks
- Added fence blocks
- Added wall blocks
- Added semi-transparent toggle for blocks (under the transparent toggle) so blocks with semi-transparent textures render right (and ones without also render right)
- If you have any existing blocks that are semi-transparent (like stained glass), you will have to go flip the toggle on for each block
- Added automatic check when you are adding a block texture to see if it has transparency/semi-transparency
- Fixed crashes when there is a non-zipped file in the mods folder
- Fixed block drops multiplying exponentially
- Fixed some bounding box weirdness with carpets
- Fixed a lot of lighting issues with blocks that are not a full blocks
- Fixed issue preventing blocks from being used with the chisel & bits mods
- Fixed crash that happens with bukkit
- Fixed command effects so they work even if the player they are executing from doesn't have OP
- Fixed item materials failing to load if their repair materials are from another mod
- Fixed saturation for food items going to infinity if hunger restored is 0
- Fixed explosion resistance tripling when copying a block
