A new machine that automates the Atomic Reconstructor laser recipes!
- Processes items automatically using RF energy
- Supports all laser conversion recipes from Actually Additions

Upgrade System
Both machines now support upgrades:
Speed Upgrade
- Reduces processing time by 20% per upgrade
- Stack up to 4 per slot (max 8 total)
- Crafted with: Redstone, Gold Ingots, Advanced Coil
Efficiency Upgrade
- Reduces energy consumption by 15% per upgrade
- Stack up to 4 per slot (max 8 total)
- Crafted with: Lapis Lazuli, Diamonds, Advanced Coil
Crafting Recipes
All items are now craftable:
- Compact Empowerer: Display Stands + Empowerer + Advanced Coil (shaped)
- Automatic Atomic Reconstructor: Advanced Coils + Restonia Crystal Blocks + Atomic Reconstructor (shaped)
- Speed Upgrade: Redstone + Gold Ingots + Advanced Coil
- Efficiency Upgrade: Lapis Lazuli + Diamonds + Advanced Coil

Improvements
UI Enhancements
- Professional GUI design for both machines
- Energy bar with detailed tooltip showing:
- Current/Max energy
- Recipe cost
- RF/tick consumption
- Active upgrade bonuses
- Dedicated upgrade slots (Speed in slot 1, Efficiency in slot 2)
- Auto I/O toggle buttons with status indicators
Quality of Life
- Upgrades are now slot-locked (correct upgrade in correct slot only)
- Crafting starts only when total energy is available
- Progress pauses (doesn't reset) if energy runs out mid-craft
- JEI integration for all recipes
