[IV/MTS] ACME Heavy Industries Pack

Hotfix Beta due to error on my part with last file. Replace then delete old file as it does not function.

• Internal Weapon Slot re-write. may break things but all that is needed is removing and re placing parts.
• Engine Tuning Update pt.1: All jet engines have been reworked to output proper thrust amounts and fuel burn at full power.If an afterburning engine, 90% rpm is max thrust w/o reheat, 100% rpm is max afterburner. Will effect flight characteristics of non-reworked planes
• Fuel capacities changed to reflect change in engine performance.
• Flight Model Update pt.1: A-10 and MiG-21 are where to test (requires discord beta)

• Fix texture error on AGM-56
• Fix texture error on throttle of PF-21(F4U)
• Fix broken canopy animations on some aircraft
• Fix Hitboxes on A-10: Located in ACME Experimental Tab
• other fixes i may not remember. this build is incomplete but at least a taste of whats to come.
