-Updated the recipe for the 0.45 shell so that it doesn't overlap with recipes from the Wild West Guns mod

-Added a recipe for the Colt SAA and all of the components needed to make the SAA.

-Added 2 new cowboy hats. Textures are slightly broken, so recipes for these were left out. They're still available through creative for those who don't mind the issues.
