Added a new portal ability that creates a portal to where you're looking, as a raycast ability, it places the portal a little back and up so that if the raycast hits a wall the portal won't be directly touching the wall it will be a bit off, and if it's to the ground it won't be half in the ground, it will be above the ground at the right height for you to walk through, that way you can actually go through the portals without blocks blocking you.
