Voidwalker datapack (Origins)

Changed the biome in the custom void dimension from minecraft:the_void to minecraft:end_highlands so that enderman can spawn, and I made it so that instead of it being constantly day in the void, it will now follow the day/night cycle of the overworld, that way you can have enderman spawn in the void, but it will only be if it's in an enclosed or covered area, or if it's night, but they will also only spawn on blocks you place, since the dimension is literally just a layer of barrier blocks that they can't spawn on, this way you could go to the void dimension to get enderpearls that you can eat, and you can control where or if they spawn.
