- Bossbar displays current sanity level
- Passive exposure gain when near ghosts
- Distance-based: closer = faster exposure
- Stage-based decay: higher stages recover slower
- Flashlight and Warding Totem help recovery

HALLUCINATIONS
- High sanity causes fake evidence readings
- EMF can show false signals
- Thermometer can show fake freezing
- Spirit Box can give fake responses (even without a ghost!)
