When you break a block, it will come to life and begin to flow. However, some blocks may reveal themselves and attack you. This is more common at night.

Wooden blocks are easier to break with axes. The better the axe, the faster they will break.

Stone blocks can only be destroyed with a pickaxe.

Earth blocks are easier to break with a shovel.
