Sakura Pack Compat Overrides

Added recipe fixes to fix conflicts.

Project red workbenches now use diamonds in their crafting recipe instead of gems that don't spawn in the world.

Architect pallette charcoal blocks are no longer made by smoking any wood as this conflicted with XK's wood types and made them impossible to automate.  Changed the recipe to smoke coal blocks (just craft them with 4 charcoal and forget the smoking).

Changed Blocks Abound reinforced iron to use a iron plate instead of an ingot to deconflict it with Create: Big Cannons.
