Changes:
- The lil' guy now has a chance to spawn with a tophat
- Updated arrow shockwave, drill and parry icons

Bug Fixes:
- Stone buttons no longer spawn at y:-64 of the run spawn upon entering the end
- The end now generates more consistently
- You can now join runs again when returning to the hub, logging off, then rejoining when another run is in progress
- Joining a run will now reposition you to the run spawn
- Mooshrooms now drop mob essence
