Revivalix
Adds a simple revival system where death is permanent until another player revives the deceased using a time-consuming recipe or other cruel methods.

BUG FIXES:
- Fixed wrong distance for totem of resurrection
- Fixed internal kill tracker not being reseted when killing a player without holding an uncharged sacrificial gemstone which lead to some unwanted behavior
- Standardized files names across datapack versions
