Initial release.

Notes: 
In theory this should work on 1.20 versions of pixelmon, however I have not tested it on any version except minecraft 1.16.5 / pixelmon 9.1.11.

Currently the pack uses ultra ball resources for the example ball, I will add custom textures soon, probably tomorrow.
