Additional Features to the Level System:

• Greatly reduce the requirements for levels from 1-25 (In total, you will need 76550 XP Levels)
• Added Level Requirements for most reforges (If you update from a old version, you can still freely forge old items without the requirements!). Now you will not be able to reforge the item, until you reach the required level.

• Nerfed XP Boost from levels:
  • 1-5: Still +1 value.
  • 6-10: +2 value.
  • 11-15: +3 value.
  • 16-20: +4 value.
  • 21-100: +5 value.
  • 101-200: +10 value.
  • 201-300: +15 value.
  • > 301: +20 value

  In the first 25 levels, you will gain 75 instead of 90 of experience orb value.

• Readjust all experience cost for all reforge items. For more information, just read the lore from the item.
• Added colors for levels (Better display I guess?)
• Increased requirement for advancement: Evolution at its prime, from 150 total xp levels to 200.
• Fixed the description for reforge anvil (This issue begins back in V1.6.0)
