Optimization, QOL, New Reforges and more!

• Instead of loading reforge data twice (Putting item & forging item), it will now only load once, on Displaying result item.
• New reforge: Item De-forger. You can now reset the entire item back to its original state. It will refund 75% of experience levels you spent on the reforges.
• New reforge: Evolving. It enhance the item's attribute stats by +0.5% per experience used for forging. (Creator note: As long as you know what you are doing, it is very powerful lol)
• New advancement for Evolving reforge. Reaching over 150 experience levels used on forging.
• XP cost display (On item's lore and forge preview) will now add a small icon for identification.
• Now forging fail reason will be given correspondingly
• Now reforge item blocks that are placed and picked will now given the correct XP cost (That took me over a year 😂)
• Fixed the Fortified reforge for not working at all.
• Changed the Illager Fortune reforge to use the Minecraft base loot instead.
• Created a debug menu for Reforge Items. As long as you are in creative and Allow Commands is on, you can get any reforge item you want!
