Increases max level of enchantments to 10
All enchanted books can be found in the creative menu OR you can combine them in survival.
Enchanting Table max lvl is unaffected.
Higher level enchantments CAN be found as treasure.

Note:
Lure is capped at lvl 5, anything above that and the fishing rod stops working.
Silk Touch and Infinity is unaffected since higher than lvl 1 doesnt do anything.
