Unrecorded Disc Recipe

After obtaining WMR and unrecorded discs, equip WMR in your off-hand and an unrecorded disc in your main hand. Then simply sneaking to record music into an unrecorded disc, transforming it into a music disc.

But you cannot just randomly record music, each music disc requires a specific condition to obtain, as follows:

• 5: Record at the ancient city
• 13: Record at mineshaft
• Chirp: Record anywhere in the overworld while having regular egg in your inventory or hotbar (this action will consume egg and summon baby chicken, 1 at a time)
• Wait: Record at any cold biome
• Strad: Record at any warm or beach biome
• Stal: Record at any savanna biome
• Cat: Record anywhere that cats can spawn (village, swamp hut)
• Ward: Record at any jungle or swamp biomes
• Blocks: Record at any peak or hills biomes (except frozen peak, will record wait instead)
• 11: Record anywhere in the nether
• Mellohi: Record at pillager outpost
• Mall: Record at woodlands mansion or end city
• Far: Record at stronghold
• Creator Music Box: Record at Trial Chamber
• Precipice: Record at Trial Chamber while having bad omen effect
• Creator: Record at Trial Chamber while having trial omen effect
• Relic: Record at the trail ruins
• Otherside: Record in lush cave
• Pigstep: Record at Bastion Remnant
• Tears: Record at soul sand valley while having ghast tear or dried ghast in your inventory or hotbar (This action will consume ghast tear but not dried ghast)
• Lava Chicken: Record anywhere in The Nether while having raw chicken in your inventory or hotbar (This action will cook raw chicken in your inventory, 1 at a time)

Netherite Headphones - Otherside Recipe

Each Headphones grant you different special efftect. List as follows:

• 13: Give you weakness and mining fatigue.
• 11: Give you darkness II and slowness II.
• 5: Makes you immune to darkness and blindness, greatly increasing sneaking speed.
• Cats: Increase movement speed and make you immune to fall damage, just like a cat.
• Blocks: Greatly increase blocks reach and mining speed. Best for building.
• Chirp: Give you slow falling. Give you speed and resistance if you equip elytra while airborne. If you have seeds in your inventory or hotbar, consuming seeds and gives you an egg or feather over time.
• Far: Greatly increase jump height and slightly increase movement speed. Also saves you from falling too far into the void in the end.
• Mellohi: Gives you extra emeralds, grants resistance, and slightly heals you when killing any illager mobs (Pillager, Vindicator, Ravager, Evoker and vex).
• Mall: Give you an extra diamond and totem of undying, give you regeneration, and slightly heal you when killing an evoker. And give you extra phantom membrane and emerald, give you health boots, and slightly heal you when killing phantom, shulker and vex.
• Stal: Give you the hero of the village. Immune to raid omen and bad omen
• Ward: Give you regeneration and health boots II. Immune to poison and hunger
• Strad: Give you water breathing and a dolphin’s grace. Give you regeneration, slightly increase movement speed when staying in any warm or beach biome
• Wait: Gives you resistance, Immune to weakness, slowness and freezing. If you stay in any cold biome, grant regeneration and give you extra armor, armor toughness and knockback resistance
• Creator (Music box): Slightly increase armor and attack damage. Healing your health and hunger when sleeping
• Precipice: Immune to poison, weakness, slowness, hunger and freezing. Gain extra armor and knockback resistance, and increase max health. Healing you and granting resistance when killing a mob that can spawn in the trial chamber. (Don’t need to be in the trial chamber)
• Creator: Immune to poison, weakness, slowness, hunger and freezing. Increase attack damage, attack speed and entity reach distance. Healing you and grants strength when killing mobs that can spawn in the trial chamber. (Don’t need to be in the trial chamber) 
• Otherside: Gives you night vision and haste. Emit green particles around you if there is diamond ore, emerald ore or amethyst block nearby.
• Relic: Gives you night vision and haste. Emit green particles around you if there is suspicious sand or suspicious gravel nearby.
• Pigstep: Piglin become natural toward you. Killing piglin, piglin brute or hoglin now slightly heals you and gains an extra gold ingot. Emit green particles around you if there is ancient debris nearby.
• Tears: Greatly increase the entity's reach distant. Gain regeneration II and greatly increase movement speed when standing on soul sand or soul soil
• Lava Chicken: Gain fire resistance and automatically cook raw chicken in your inventory. If you have seeds in your inventory or hotbar, consuming seeds and gives you an egg or feather over time.
