Damage by fall block

This data pack adds damage to falling blocks. Now, every block in the game that falls on you will deal damage. The longer the block falls, the more damage it deals. Regular blocks deal less damage, while anvils deal increased damage, but the damage will also vary depending on the anvils integrity.
