Increased Difficulty: Gobber ingots (the 3 of them: gobber, nether gobber and end gobber) now require additional materials and have to be mixed with a heated Blaze Burner.
Dragon Star and Elytra:
New Crafting Method: These items are now crafted using a Mechanical Crafter. Additionally, they require the new materials End Gobber and Shadow Steel (from Create D&D).
Overall Difficulty:
The datapack significantly increases the difficulty of obtaining most items, as many recipes involve gobber ingots. This means acquiring gear and resources will be a more challenging experience.
It is likely that I will update the datapack or add new things to it, as long as you ask me.
