Major performance update. This is being uploaded to prepare for CWSM's next update and a major update for the Resummoned Wither Storm.

Bug Fixes-
-Fixed Flesh Sword ability not working

-Fixed minor text color bug in config

-Fixed weather not clearing when the Wither Storm dies in phase 6+

-Fixed special Formidibomb sequence with a Resummoned Wither Storm not working

-Fixed revenge Scatter Attack instantly stopping after killing a Symbiont

-Fixed Command Star Sword effects when being held not applying


-Fixed Wither Storm being able to try and teleport even with teleporting turned off in the config
