Bug Fixes-
-Fixed Sickened mobs not spawning with armor in hard mode in the nether
-Fixed Sickened mobs spawning with speed 2 in hard mode
-Fixed forced tp and far away timer not working properly
-Fixed sickened mobs spawning on top of the player in the nether
Changes-
-Sickened mobs now spawn with strength 1 on hard mode instead of speed
-Nerfed resistance level Symbionts have from 3 to 2
-Lowered amount of time it takes for far away count to activate
-Shortened radius nether mobs spawn in
New Features-
-Wither Storm now gets up on lower health after being bombed
-Added subtitle to shoot the Wither Totem orb
-Added particle effects to cluster throw particles
-Basic lightning attacks now do more damage the higher the phase
