Bug Fixes- -Fixed Netherite Command Block Sword not having the right name

-Fixed Wither Storm’s too close detection not matching with the new teleport distances

-Fixed Command Star Armor detecting if a player is wearing armor every tick. It is now every second

-Hopefully fixed main Wither Storm head facing behind itself

-Fixed Thrown clusters from blowing up on eachother

-Fixed Flaming Skull not being deflectable at all

-Fixed Command Star Sword abilities not working in the bowels

-Fixed Wither Storm not picking players up during Mini and Final fights

-Fixed incompatibility with TAW+ and CWSPLUS phase 7.5

-Fixed Formidibomb, and Wither Storm being able to pick up bedrock with certain abilities

-Fixed music in Mini and Final fights not playing correctly after rejoining

-Fixed Withered Symbionts sometimes spawning during the Final fight

Changes- -Updated pack value to 15

-Wither Storm attacks such as scatter attack and blue skull rain will now become smaller as to dig down to underground players
