[Cobblemon] Yippitter (Autism Creature)

A Cobblemon Addon that adds the Autism Creature meme as a catchable Pokémon, and maybe more in the future.

Description

This is Just a simple addon that I explicitly made to figure out how to make Addons for Cobblemon.

Adds Yippitter, a Normal/Psychic Pokemon found mostly in Plains. It's best at special attacking.

Planned Future Additions:

Rebalancing of Yippitter's spawning and drops.

MAYBE an evolution in the furture.

More meme inspired Pokemon if the pack gets popular enough. (Not a high bar)
