cobblemon delta as a datapack and resourcepack. not all pokemon are added. information is in the datapack if you search the pokemons name. some pokemons have costumes if you give them an item and they have a costumes option when you shift right click them. iron ingot. gold ingot. emerald. diamond. copper ingot in that order. needs megashowdown and all the mons datpack to work. to use the mega evolutions hold a megastone and do /msd apply mega mega_showdown:(name) . if the datapack is not working make sure there are no conflicting datapacks that could be causing it not to work. navas za mod is needed for this to work.
