bug fixes -Caused by command changes between snapshoots which did not allow you to craft the netherite, crimson and warped boomerang. -When you rename a boomerang it will retain its name when you return it

added the "chain" enchantment which makes the boomerang bounce between the nearest mobs while it is within a 5 radius. This is incompatible with the "rancor" enchantment
