## Changes and Balance Adjustments
Reduced the firing speed of Snowball.
Buffed Auto Feed to restore hunger and saturation every 30 seconds.
Increased the maximum level of Fast Sweeper to Level III.
Increased the launch distance of Wind Propulsion and made it spawn an actual wind charge burst beneath the player.
Breezing Arrow now fires an authentic wind charge projectile that bursts on impact.
Doubled the hunger and saturation consumption of Propulsion while boosting.
Removed the flickering effect from Bright Vision for smooth, continuous Night Vision.
