A data pack with support to custom music discs included in Angelic Discs Resource Pack

Data pack requires Angelic Discs Resource Pack to do something.
Resource pack contains following music:

They're all as separate music discs with own (poorly made) graphics (look images)
You may be required to "/reload" after each time you update datapack on a world/server
