  • Added "Enderman Kill!" and "Spider Kill!"
  • "root" created for neutral mobs, not all neutral mobs will be there, some will still be on the "hostile" page
  • All neutral mobs have "the first kill" advancement, removed the dublicate of "trader_llama"
