MC Bingo V2.1 Changes -

This is a version for 26.2.
Rewrote the code that handles teams.
4 additional teams can be chosen from (purple, pink, cyan and orange) making a total of 8 playable teams.
Updated the team bingo card markers to be able to support 8 teams.
Added 2 new items - sulfur spike & sulfur cube bucket.
Fixed multiple players updating the map in quick succession causing an issue with teleporting the players back to their correct locations.
Fixed timed mode constantly spamming the chat with messages.
Fixed game rules not activating in the overworld correctly.
