zPlayerFreeze | Easily freeze players!

Updated permissions (if you've used a previous version you'll need to apply these new permissions unless if you only want OPs to use the plugin):

zplayerfreeze.use - Allows you to freeze players and check/list frozen players.

zplayerfreeze.notify - Notifies you when someone has been frozen (ideal for staff).

zplayerfreeze.reload - Allows you to reload the plugin.

Also added plugin metrics (statistics) for mcstats, if you want to disable this you need to opt-out in the main PluginMetrics folder, I may add a local opt-out option if there's demand for it.
