What's new
- completely re-written for multi-world support
- added update checker (Can be turned off in config.yml)
- new command: /xperms check (checks for any updates)
- added optional {World Name} argument for /xperms add <Player Name> <Group Name>
- restructured help system
- now compiled in Java5! (will work on ANY bukkit server!)
