Bugfixes:

Chunks with items being cooked in stay active, until the cooking / melting is fully done. This prevents duplication bugs.
Using water to grab the raw items from the grill and wait for the cooked versions to spawn is another dupe bug being fixed with this update.
The permission "bbq.deny" is no longer active.
