Abandoned because WorldGuard has this check now by itself (since version 5.6), which makes this plugin completely pointless from now on.
WorldGuard DragonEggPort Flag
"WorldGuard" extension to block porting of dragon eggs in specific regions.

How to use this?
this plugin gives adds a new region flag to worldguard: "dragoneggport"
it will allow porting of dragon eggs by clicking them as usual if it's not set, or set to "ALLOW".
but it will deny porting of dragon eggs by clicking them if it's set to "DENY" and the player can not build and is not op.
so simply use the usual worldguard region command, like this:
/region flag <region> dragoneggport deny
to deny egg porting, caused by non-owners/members/ops, or:
/region flag <region> dragoneggport allow
to allow egg porting, caused by non-owners/members/ops (maybe useful in regions where the parent region has deny), or:
/region flag <region> dragoneggport
to set the flag back to default value.

- Just the WorldGuard owner/member lists and op. anything else needed?
