[Added] TsunamiLib as a MANDATORY dependency

[Added] The exports parameter was added to wonder-manifest.yml to expose the extensions/add-ons API to other plugins on the server

[Improved] Thanks to the implementation of TsunamiLib, WonderEvents became more lightweight by no longer including its own copy of Adventure (legacy compatibility with the bridge is still maintained)

[Improved] Language system has been reworked to make it much easier to use. Languages are now moved from messages/ to langs/

[Note] Modrinth is now the link for updating WonderEvents!
