Wither

• Custom message (supports color codes) defined in config.yml when a player is denied the ability to spawn a Wither.
• Added option to completely disable Wither spawning in certain worlds. See the new config.
• Now blocks the Wither from breaking paintings when it runs into them. (Skulls that are shot by the Wither still break paintings, but I am working on that!)

Note: Please delete your config.yml and let it generate a new one. I have changed the name of some of the options.

If you have BlockWitherSpawn set to true and you attempt to create a Wither it will result in a glitch where soul sand appears invisible. This is a CraftBukkit bug and it should be fixed by the Bukkit team soon.
