Notable changes:

• Fixed bug where players who were in AFK mode when the server was stopped or reloaded couldn't leave AFK mode after he joins again.
• Removed /setafklocation command. While it was intended to be a main feature of this plugin, a cheaty use for the teleportation features was found and I don't feel like trying to write code that will prevent the cheating opportunities.
• Players who try to send a private message to a player who is AFK by using the /tell, the /msg, or the /w command will get a message saying that the recipient of the private message is AFK and probably will not respond immediately.
• Players who are in AFK will automatically be kicked out of AFK mode if they move.
