WatchFox

Rearchitecture of the coordinate index. Searching/adding past 1.2 million events had the potential for incorrectness. WatchFox will recognize the old structure as "corruption" and rebuild the index if necessary (it might not be). WatchFox was revalidated to 20 million events. See Validation for the details of this process.

Fixed the /wf tool command

Reduced liquid flow spam by culling non-changing events

Added logging indirect cocoa-pod block_break's which were overlooked previously

Changed the playerchat listener to synchronous (there should be a microscopic hit in speed) to better support 1.2.5. HOWEVER, this does NOT mean 1.2.5 is supported. Official support is still limited to 1.3.2 and up.
