Changed logging of external faults to INFO level, added logging of WorldEdit exceptions. (This is only for the connector I use to interface with it)

Made components of WatchFoxDatabase 'public' to enable running self-accuracy tests on the production jar. (See Validation for more info)

Changed tool behavior to prevent adding blocks already in query.

Changed tool message from "adding history" to "adding location".

Added property "block-update-rate" to allow adjusting the rate at which rollbacks proceed.

Rerouted some internal plumbing so that the error creep on the time index is less severe.

Issue #2

WatchFox will hang (including preventing Bukkit from doing a proper shutdown) in the event its database folder disappears while its running. Deleting, moving, or renaming this folder while WatchFox is running will trigger this behavior.
