Should no longer produce exceptions when working with older versions of VS
- /btool is automatically disabled with older versions of VS
- Uses /u rather than the API if you have an older version of VS
Fixed a bug where it would not let you snipe the edge of your region when you should be able to.
Fixed a bug where your region would be removed when you leave it.
Fixed a bug where it would think you own a plot when you actually don't.
Fixed null pointer exception from teleporting.
You are now warned when you are using an older version of VoxelSniper.
