VoteCheck - Vote Reward Plugin (Votifier and MinecraftHangout.com)

• Fixed problem with plugin metrics
• Switched config generation

1. Config will now update on new version
2. Will copy old values in config and add them to the new config.yml

• Made toggling vote broadcasts a config option
• Added xp rewards

1. Reward players with a number of xp levels set in config

Works for 1.4.7 and 1.5

Fixed error exception in last upload (upload was deleted).
