+ Add | Join Item with Custom Lore and Name for the Lobby menu

+ Add | You can't drop the Join Item

+ Add | The lobby item will disappear when you enter a command

+ Add | Option Join Item

~ Fix | Permissions bug viplobby.use to use the VIPLobby menu to open.

And use for the individual lobbys viplobby.use.1, 2 and 3
