- Added /village mayor shrink, for mayors to unclaim land from their Villages
- Added more specific spawn setting, so Mayors can chose exactly where in their Village they want Players to go (Only for YML users at the moment)
- Reloading won't override saved messages.yml
- Chosing Village banks to be disabled will now make refunded money go to Mayor
- Can now Force save SQL data to YML with /vil admin save yml
