[+] The plugin will now always be up-to-date with any new items added to Minecraft.
[+] Added the ability to use /sell command to sell on the spot.
[~] Items that require smelting now get +1/8 the price of coal.
[~] The plugin lists as -1 any new raw items that aren't already listed when attempting to get its value.
[-] Removed setting the smelting price % from the configuration file.
[-] Removed the 'Crafted Items.yml' file since this no longer serves any purpose.

• I have not been able to test all the items, so the plugin might list some craftable items as raw items.
