Features:
- No level limitation when using the anvil (theoretical limit of MAX_INTEGER, but Minecraft can't handle this anyways)
- Message about level cost is sent to the player if its more than 40

 

Known bugs / inconsistencies:
- Anvil still shows "too expensive", I believe thats a client thing, haven't found a way to get rid of it yet, it will work anyways and thats why you get the message about cost
