[BUGFIX] Players no longer store the same experience they had before enchanting an item.
- You can't break blocks around the ExpBank, I made it this way so players couldn't break the block where the Sign was sitting, but I should look for a better way to achieve this.
- Its possible to place&break blocks to farm exp.
