Improvements

• added UUID support --> not using player names anymore
• added case sensitive to location & home names
• added command '/utp abort' --> teleport-requests can now be aborted after being sent, there's no need to wait until the other player declines or the request runs out! (in case you changed your mind and want to teleport to someone else)
• added permission 'utp.abort' --> for the command mentioned above

Fixes

• fixed bug in the '/utp ' command, which always told the player that there was no teleport-request
• fixed the wrong message being sent when using '/utp [player 1] [player 2]

Changes

• changed Per-Location-Permissions to case sensitive --> if the warp name is 'KitPvP' and you have Per-Location-Permissions activated, you have to give your players the permission 'ut.tp.KitPvP' (not 'ut.tp.kitpvp'!)
• changed the way destroyed teleport signs are being detected, this should be 100% accurate now!
