New features
- added a factor button (*1000) to the shop editor GUI
- added a admincommand to delete any playershop
  /playershop deleteOther <shopname>
  The shopname is the entire name like "myshop_catch441"-
  This command needs the permission ultimate_economy.adminshop
- added a command to change the profession of a shop villager
 /adminshop changeProfession <shopname> <profession>
 /playershop changeProfession <shopname> <profession>
- added a bossbar in the townworld to see, if you are in a town or in the wilderness
- added russion language pack (ru RU)
 
Bugfixes
- fixed the buy- and sellprice in the shopeditor GUI. The prices have now the real prices
- fixed a bug, where all players get money if only one person has a hunter job
- fixed a bug, where players loose there items if the owner of a playershop has not enough money to buy your stuff
 
Changes
-  players can create playershops only within joined towns
- /adminshop move <name> <x> <y> <z> changed to /adminshop move <name>    , same with playershop
