What's new

Adds the deposit, withdraw, and checkBalance commands. Allows a user with turtleeconomy.makeSign to make shops. Adds the findName command to allow the user to search for an item's name based on the id given. Allows signs to work with item names and ids.

Colored wool and sub blocks/items do not work. I am working on fixing that.
